Four Stages of DOP Application Process
Stage 1:
-Submit application for membership and application fee of $25 (non-refundable). You can pay this
fee using Zelle (psirhophi7@gmail.com) or CashApp ($PsiRhoPhiMilFrat) "Application
Fee" on the memo line.
Stage 2:
Once application and application fee are received, the Youth Director will arrange an interview with the candidate and his parent(s)/guardian(s) either in person or via phone/video conference. During that time the candidate and parent(s)/guardian(s) will have the opportunity to ask any questions. After the interview is complete and the candidate is accepted; you will receive notification via email or phone with further instructions; as well as authorization to submit your
membership fee of $300.
The membership fee covers the following:
-Fully embroidered line jacket
-T-shirt
-Polo shirts
-Journal
-Lapel Pin
-First Year Dues
-Gladius Sword
-Compass
You have up until the day prior to the start of the line intake process to ensure your fees have been paid in full. You may
pay this fee using Zelle (psirhophi7@gmail.com) or CashApp ($PsiRhoPhiMilFrat) add your child’s name and Membership Fee.
Stage 3:
DOP Intake Process (Weeks 0-4 will consist of course work and instruction).
Stage 4:
Week 5 Induction Ceremony. (3 days at specified location)
